三、Eligibility:
1. Application for a Minor: Students of all departments may apply to pursue a minor offered by this university or by a contracted partner institution starting from the second year. However, students in the fourth year are not eligible to apply for a minor.
2. Application for a Double Major:
(1) Undergraduate students in four-year bachelor’s degree programs who have completed the first academic year with outstanding academic performance may apply, starting from the second academic year, to pursue a double major in another department of a different nature at this university or at a contracted partner institution.
(2) Applicants for a double major must rank within the top 50% of the class or department in terms of academic performance, and must have a conduct grade of 80 or above.
四、Students applying to pursue a minor or double major must complete an application form. After review and official endorsement by both the currently enrolled college/department and the college/department offering the minor or double major, the completed and endorsed application form must be submitted to the Teaching Affairs Division of the Office of Academic Affairs within the announced application period.

六、Daytime four-year technical program students with any questions should contact the designated staff members of the Teaching Affairs Division for their respective departments.
