1. This program is implemented in accordance with the “Taiwan–France Science and Technology Grand Award Agreement” signed between the National Science and Technology Council (NSTC) and the Académie des sciences of France (hereinafter referred to as the Académie des sciences).

2. Applications must be jointly submitted by collaborating teams from both Taiwan and France. Taiwanese scholars must submit their applications to the NSTC, while French scholars must submit to the Académie des sciences. The Taiwanese principal investigator must meet the eligibility requirements specified in the NSTC’s “Guidelines for Subsidizing Research Projects” and submit the application through their affiliated institution via the online system. The list of applications must be officially submitted to the NSTC by June 8, 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted.
