Qualifications
  1. Currently enrolled student in this university's Continuing Education Division (Four-Year Program; lower-year students preferred).
  2. Familiar with Office and general computer document handling.
  3. Positive attitude, conscientious and responsible, highly cooperative, with basic communication skills.
  4. Careful, patient, enthusiastic about work, conscientious and responsible; candidates with strong communication and coordination skills will be given priority.
Able to start work in May 2026; long-term work-study preferred.
Job Duties
  1. General computer document processing skills (e.g., Word, Excel)
  2. Receiving, sending, and delivering official documents
  3. Answering phone calls
  4. Meeting assistance
  5. Tidying and cleaning the workspace
  6. Other tasks assigned as needed
Compensation
  1. In accordance with the university's project work-study compensation standards (NT$196/hour for Academic Year 115), including Labor and Health Insurance and Labor Pension contributions.
  2. Working hours: In principle, Monday through Friday, 9:00~12:00 and 14:00~17:00 (flexible adjustment based on the hiring unit's needs; up to a maximum of 130 hours may be claimed per month, with hours allocated based on that month's needs).
  3. All other related rights and obligations shall be handled in accordance with the Labor Standards Act and the university's work-study regulations.
