| Job Duties |
- Serve as an instructor for courses at the university's Aircraft Maintenance Training Center.
- Responsible for maintaining teaching materials and equipment for the Training Center's courses and examinations.
- Other tasks assigned as needed.

| Qualifications |
- CAA Cat. B1 / B2 / C, EASA Cat. B1 / B2, or FAA A&P license, or other equivalent license recognized by the Center's Quality Manager.
- The instructor qualification categories at the university's Aircraft Maintenance Training Center are as follows:
- Professional Technical Instructor: Must have a total of nine (9) or more years of work experience in direct maintenance or training roles at an airline or maintenance facility, or as a Part-147 training instructor.
- Systems Technical Instructor: Must have a total of six (6) or more years of work experience in direct maintenance or training roles at an airline or maintenance facility, or as a Part-147 training instructor.
- Associate degree (or above) required.
- This position is not open to the spouse or relatives within the third degree of consanguinity or affinity of the university president or the supervisor of the hiring unit.
- Candidates with disabilities or of Indigenous status are preferred.
- Applicants must comply with relevant laws and regulations, and must not hold household registration in mainland China, nor hold a mainland China passport, ID card, settlement permit, or residence permit; otherwise, they will not be eligible for this position.

Notes:
- This position is an off-establishment project-based personnel appointment. The salary standard follows the university's "Salary Payment Standards Table for Contracted Technical Instructors at the Aircraft Maintenance Training Center." Professional Technical Instructors at the Training Center receive a salary of NT$74,830, plus a license allowance of NT$4,000; Systems Technical Instructors at the Training Center receive a salary of NT$63,270, plus a license allowance of NT$4,000. Related personnel management shall be handled in accordance with the university's regulations for university-appointed personnel.
- Application deadline: Documents must be mailed by March 31, 2026 (postmark date will be honored). If you wish to have your documents returned, please include a sufficiently stamped return envelope; documents without one will be retained for three months from the application deadline and then destroyed. The university will notify candidates separately of their interview time based on the results of the document review; those who do not receive an interview notification will not receive further notice or reply.
- Candidates participating in the selection process must comply with the Act Governing Relations Between the People of the Taiwan Area and the Mainland Area. Once notified for an interview by the hiring unit based on merit, the candidate must cooperate with the hiring unit in confirming whether any circumstances specified under Article 9-1 of the Act apply.
- Instructors at the university's Aircraft Maintenance Training Center fall into two categories: Professional Technical Instructor / Systems Technical Instructor. This recruitment will select 1 primary candidate from these categories, with 1–2 alternates (if no suitable alternate candidates are found, an alternate list need not be established).
