| Job Duties |
- Providing guidance and consultation on the implementation process of the University Social Responsibility (USR) practice education curriculum for all campus units and students.
- Handling the recruitment, knowledge/skills training, and educational training of learning volunteers.
- Handling the review, management, and certification of volunteer hours on the platform.
- Assisting with the promotion of related unit programs and co-organizing various events.
- Organizing various training sessions and promotional activities on the theme of local community care.
- Handling industry-academia collaboration projects related to remote/rural education.
- Handling administrative affairs and other tasks assigned as needed.

| Qualifications |
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience in official document writing and administrative work is preferred.
- Good interpersonal communication skills, patience, and enthusiasm for serving faculty and students.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Highly dedicated, responsible, and altruistic in character, with good conduct and no negative record or bad habits.
- Proficient in Office software, including document processing skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Candidates with disabilities or of Indigenous status are preferred.
- This position is not open to the spouse or relatives within the third degree of consanguinity or affinity of the university president or the supervisor of the contracting unit.

| Notes |
- This position is an off-establishment university-appointed staff position, with a salary of NT$34,583 based on a bachelor's degree. Related personnel management shall be handled in accordance with the university's regulations for university-appointed personnel.
- The contract period runs from the date of reporting for duty until the day before the return of the employee currently on parental leave (expected to last until June 14, 2027). Upon expiration of the appointment period, the employee must complete the departure procedures as required, and the position may not be renewed or extended for any reason.
- Candidates participating in the selection process must comply with the Act Governing Relations Between the People of the Taiwan Area and the Mainland Area. Once notified for an interview by the hiring unit based on merit, the candidate must cooperate with the hiring unit in confirming whether any circumstances specified under Article 9-1 of the Act apply.
