| Job Duties |
Main duties are as follows:
- Organizing and taking minutes for unit meetings
- Serving as the liaison for compiling the unit's work reports
- Serving as the liaison for compiling the unit's internal control affairs
- Serving as the liaison for compiling the unit's mid- to long-term institutional development plan affairs
- Serving as the liaison for compiling the unit's personal data protection affairs
- Serving as the liaison for compiling the unit's information and communication security affairs
- Serving as the liaison for compiling the unit's flexible salary affairs
- Serving as the unit's liaison for staff recruitment
- Serving as the unit's liaison for work-study student recruitment and management
- Serving as the unit's liaison for work-study wages and related meetings
- Serving as the liaison for compiling the unit's next-year budget survey and the year-after-next budget estimate
- Serving as the unit's liaison for property/asset custody
- Serving as the unit's liaison with the Computer Center for the 2026 "NFU Awesome" LINE Official Account
- Handling the unit's budget control and reimbursement affairs
- General processing of official documents
- Serving as the liaison for entering the supervisor's calendar
- Serving as the unit's liaison for hardware equipment, 3C products, network, equipment, consumables, repairs, and replacements
- Assisting various on- and off-campus units with consultation, vehicle arrangement, and coordination for various recruitment activities (expos, promotional events, visits, camps, seminars, etc.)
- Recording and managing the unit's phone call logs
- Assisting with the unit's LINE Official Accounts ("NFU Good Partner" and "NFU Awesome")
- Other tasks assigned by the supervisor as needed
- Serving as the unit's website management liaison

| Qualifications |
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Work experience at government agencies or schools is preferred.
- Proficient in Office software, including document processing skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Good coordination and communication skills with a strong enthusiasm for service; a positive attitude and high degree of cooperation are preferred.
- This position is not open to the spouse or relatives within the third degree of consanguinity or affinity of the university president or the supervisor of the hiring unit.
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently; experience in planning and organizing events is preferred.
- Must hold a Certificate of Disability (this position is hired in accordance with the "Rights of Persons with Disabilities Protection Act")
- Applicants must comply with relevant laws and regulations, and must not hold household registration in mainland China, nor hold a mainland China passport, ID card, settlement permit, or residence permit; otherwise, they will not be eligible for this position.

- This position is a short-term, off-establishment university-appointed staff position, with a salary of NT$34,583 based on a bachelor's degree. The appointment period runs from the date of reporting for duty until December 31, 2026. Upon expiration of the appointment period, the employee must complete the departure procedures as required, and the position may not be renewed or extended for any reason. Related personnel management shall be handled in accordance with the university's regulations for university-appointed personnel.
- Application deadline: Documents must be delivered by mail by April 7, 2026 (Tuesday) (postmark date will be honored). The university will notify candidates for an interview based on the results of the document review; those who do not receive an interview notification will not receive further notice, reply, or return of their application materials. If you wish to have your documents returned, please include a sufficiently stamped return envelope; documents without one will be retained for three months from the application deadline and then destroyed.
