至115年6月18日（四）下午五點截止。
The latest deadline for submitting applications for leave of absence or withdrawal for the second semester of the 114th academic year is 5:00 PM on June 18, 2026 (Thursday).
3. 學生申請休、退學可採「線上申請」或「紙本申請」方式擇一辦理。
Students may apply for leave of absence or withdrawal from school by either "online application" or "paper application".
